Abilities: Can absorb electricity/radiant energy, can create and fire small light constructs such as a small knife or throwing projectiles, can charge certain items, can fire a concussive radiant blast, can go into a light form which allows him to move fast but only across small distances and it drains an incredible amount of energy.

Potential Abilities: Can supercharge stuff, can absorb energy to become stronger, can create larger constructs such as a full blade and fire more power projectiles at a much faster rate, can go into light form longer which cant fight physically but can phase through people and still affect them with energy as well as allowing him to move much faster, Can overload things with energy causing them to explode, can transfer energy, Light Form can travel through energy transporters, Radiant vision allowing him to see energy signatures, etc.

Backstory: Nathan was a hard working young man who simply loved his parents and was just trying to get his way through college. Though her and her husband had a degree in Engineering, Leila had never had to work due to her husband Thomas supporting her and wanting her to be able to live a stay at home type of life. Nathan's father Thomas had been working at Lance Inc, the head developer within the Energy Conservation industry. Thomas had been working on the Neo Energy Generator, a generator focusing on creating clean radiant energy that would be resused and recharged at a moments notice. They had just been setting up the debut of their first generator which had just been completed, while they were also starting production on another generator, feeling like the first would be incredibly successful. Before the opening ceremony Thomas had been giving his son Nathan a tour of the facility and the generator. The crew had been running some last minute tests to prepare for the debut tomorrow, and though Nathan wasn't as into engineering and physics studies as his parents, he was still deeply fascinated by its results. Nathan himself wanted to work studio and cinematic productions, and had some backround in engineering himself, wanting to develop new and improved equipment for the industry. As the tests had been conducted, an alarm had gone off, and all the engineers and scientists were in a panic. One had screamed that something had gone wrong, that the Generator shouldnt be generating as much energy as it had, and that it was at critical overload. The doors to the facility had been locked, and the crew was stuck in the lab. With this the Generator began to roar and glow brighter, Thomas fearing for his son, threw himself over him to shelter him from the blast. After a bright peircing light and a loud explosion, the facility around them had been devastated. Nathan opening his eyes, still delirious from the explosion looked around. Barely beleiving what he saw next, he witnessed the scientist around them dissolve into energy, and then looking right next to him found his father Thomas. Nathan himself began to glow just like his father, and was scared. His father looked at him one last time, telling him he loved him and to change the world, just after that he dissolved into energy, and all the energy converged on Nathan. Almost immediately he felt replenished, and his energy levels had lowered, as if the energy had counteracted with eachother preventing him from dissolving as well. Days later Nathan was at home caring for his grieving mother. Eventually overtime she was offered a job by Merit Lance the owner of Lance Inc, and Nathan went off to College. Nathan told his mother all about the accident before he left, but what he never let her know was how he had gained strange abilities due to this accident. Remember his fathers words, he developed his own suit, realizing with these powers he had a duty to help change the world for the better and continue his father's work.

Personality: Is very funny, and jokes whenever he's nervous. Has some knowledge when it comes to Engineering (think like Yusei), and is very determined and kind.

Other: Goes to college and lives in New York City, where the headquarters of Merit Lance is. To this day he still thinks his father's work was sabotaged, but he doesnt know by who yet. He's just started out trying to be a hero.
Updated - Nate now works as an independent engineer, doing projects for different companies. His Neo alter ego is now one of the most famous Super Heroes in the word.

Name: Joseph Lance

Alias: Titan

Powerset: Tactile Telekinesis/Spacial Manipulation

Abilities: Can enforce his own body with his own thoughts, essentialy granting him super strength, Spacial awareness where when he focuses he can sense what makes up the space around him (like who's inside the building he's in or the room over)

Potential Abilities: Full Telekinesis, Flight, Super Speed, and minor teleportation to distances he can see when focused. Titan Form which allows him to manipulate the space around everyone, total constant spacial awareness, teleportation, TK Blasts, etc.

Backstory: Joseph Lance is the son of multibillionare Merit Lance. He never knew his mother, and his father rarely payed any attention to him. As a child he was always off exploring and being sent on vacations or private school to keep him busy as his father wanted almost nothing to do with him except for publicity reason. On one of these trips a young Joseph's plane crashed while flying over the alps in Europe. Search teams were sent for him immediately after his father had heard the news. The search team found the rest of the crew all burned or dead from the impact of the crash, but they could not find the boy, even Prime himself came out to help with the search. Joseph had woken up deep within the mountains with a mysterious spirit standing before him. The spirit looked at him, waiting moments before finally telling Joseph as to why he was there. Infront of them had been a small hole with a puddle in it. The spirit had told him that the water there use to be the well of titans, where the last powers of the Earth's Titans remained. Many adventurers through time had arrived to drink from the well, including Prime himself, being the source for his powers. But over the years the well was drained, not only by adventurers seeking to help their world, but by desperate men consumed by greed and their lust for power. Men like these would die after drinking from the well, the water acting as a poison. Only those pure can drink from the well. The spirit oversaw this, and with little of the well left, and others quickly learning of it's existence, he had to choose a worthy individual that would use this power for it's greatest intent. He saw in Joseph what seemed to be a need to help people, almost being completely opposite to what his father was. He knew even if he had to face his father one day, that he would bravely step up and do what was needed to be done to save the world. After telling him all this, he let Joseph drink the last of the well, and as he did his spirit faded, and the mountain began to shake. The next moment Prime had flown in, seeing the boy and realizing exactly what happened, rescuing him from the cave before the mountain collapsed within it. Joseph was eventually returned hom to his father who used this entire event as a PR stunt, but Prime had kept an eye on Joseph, and began training him in secret. Eventually when Joseph got older and graduated high school, he refused to go to college, and instead left with Prime to the Justice Academy without telling his father where he was really going. Merit had been extremely infuriated with this news, but Joseph went on to take the name Itan and trained to be a hero, eventually being approved by the Counsel. He now acts as a teacher assistant at the academy while doing his heroic duties.

Personality: Can be very relaxed when he's got things handled, but is very serious when he's still trying to maintain control of a situation. Overall still a nice guy, but you have to work to get on his good side.

Name: Cory Price

Potential Abilities: Envelop his entire body in flames, Can create and cause explosions with direct contact then later on through indirect contact, can absorb and generate heat, Fire explosive blasts, Smoke manipulation, smoke form, Smoke blasts

Backstory: Cory was a troubled kid. His father died when he was a kid fighting in active duty during the war. After passing away his mother struggled financially for a time, and so Cory fell in with a bad crowd. He had joined a gang and was getting into dealing drugs and selling weapons to raise money for his mom, overtime he joined the group in other things like stealing, grand theft auto, muggings, and other things. His mom realizing this eventually took an assistants job at Lance Inc in order to be a better role model for her son as he started getting into legal trouble such as juvy and small jail time. After his mother had pleaded with him, he agreed to drop the gang and start school again. During her time she eventually began assisting with the Neo Generator Project, overseeing results and taking in data. After the prototype was finished in New York City, they began construction on another in LA where Cory and his mother lived. After hearing the news about the debut of the prototype being destroyed, he began to worry and drove over to Lance Inc's laboratory in LA where his mother was working. After arriving he attempted to enter the building, but there were no security personal around whatsoever. His mother had told him she had work that night, throwing  him off wondering why the lab workers were there but not the security. He began banging on the locked door, and eventually began picking the lock, after finally opening the door and running through the halls trying to find his mother the alarm went off. Moments later just as he reached the lab, the unfinished Generator exploded, engulfing the lab in flames. As Cory woke up, he heard screaming all around him, seeing the lab crew burning alive including his own mother. He ran over to her holding onto her, begging her not to die, but the flames engulfed her melting her flesh away as she died. Cory broke down at her death, mourning for almost an hour until he finally realized the flames werent harming him at all, if anything he felt stronger since the accident. Finally hearing the sirens of firetrucks Cory ran off escaping the scene. Determined to find out exactly what happened at Lance Inc and who was responsible for his mothers death he set out for New York.

Personality: Really brash and arrogant, getting angry very easily. Almost completely psychotic.

Abilities: Can consume others to restore his health, take their appearance, memories, and experiences; can transform his arms into living weapons, a blade currently, has thermal vision that can penetrate walls, increased physical prowess and the ability to run and climb up walls.

Potential Abilities: Can consume bigger things to restore more health, and potentially transform into other things than humanoids; can use his ability to make any weapon from his body, can release virus spores to infect enemies, turning them into bombs or slaves; Can turn his entire body into a harder substance, and can expand it to make it into armor that makes bullets and rockets ineffective, can glide, can make giant bombs of spores that may explode; can create minions to fight for him, can create a self evolving strain of virus to advance himself, can create clones of himself from himself, can be a hive mind. Upon consuming a certain amount of species, or a super hero/villain a tier above him, he can raise his tier or gain a characteristic of that species (for example a winged hero/villain will give him wings).

Backstory: Martin was born into a fairly well off family of five, his father, mother, two older brothers and him. They lived in the city of Sacramento where they enjoyed a peaceful time together before he and his brothers all decided to join the military; Martin signed up for a ten year contract, when he was 18, and his brothers had signed up for the same, despite the protest of their mother. Everything was fine until they had begun to tour in Iraq, where Martin showed exemplary service by saving a comrade and liberating a supply depot from the hands of the enemy; it did not take long before his mental fortitude was worn down with news of his brother's passing, the oldest one being discharged and the younger one being blown to smithereens. Martin served a total of 5 years before he was captured as a pow, tortured for many months before being ransomed back to the states, but by that time, he could no longer walk and both of his eyes had gone black. When he was taken in by the government, his body exploded as a chemical weapon of sorts shot gas through the explosion, taking the lives of many officers and soldiers, he was believed to had died from the explosion; the government however took in his body and had begun to do experiments upon him, when they saw how the body reformed time after time after dissecting and exploding it. He was being tested upon for two years, his body turning gray in the process, before he finally regained clarity, he turned on his government and raided the facility, learning more about the project dubbed "Infection", he first gained his powers when he had consumed a scientist from sheer will and hunger, gaining all of his knowledge and memories, through them he learned that the government themselves had planted the bomb within his body, and that they killed the oldest brother for uncovering a drug smuggling operation within the ranks. Enraged, he saw a memory that intrigued him, apparently, all across the country there were labs that contained the same bomb that exploded from within him, which was known as "Cosmic Dust" and that he was the first human to have survived the explosion, the only known beings to have cosmic dust were the super heroes that roamed the world and the super villains that terrorized it. One personal vendetta later, where Martin shattered the government from within and replaced them with suitable candidates, he made his way back to his hometown to realize that his family was dead. Upon killing all of the villains there, he started to make his way to New York.

Personality: Martin is very serious all of the time when he is in costume, outside of it, he tends to be very isolating and does not interact with others very much.

Abilities: Super Physicals via the suit, gloves can form into energy canons, energy absorbing, Multiple visions via the helment (X-Ray, Night, Thermal, etc.), access to the internet and many databases, Energy readings, electric shocks, emps resistance, missle launcher.

Potential Abilities: Technopathy, magnetism, minor electrokinesis, emp blast, enhanced physicals, etc.

Backstory: Merit Lance was born into money, and trained by his father to become ruthless. He was taught to never accept no for an answer, to never back down from an opponent, to do anything to take down the competition, and to always be superior and be in control. Merit took this to heart, especially after his father was murdered during a battle between a hero and a villian. He eventually forced Janice Strine, the daughter and and inheritor of Strine Corporations, in order to obtain her company and merge it with Lance Inc. Eventually she "mysteriously died" after giving birth to their only child Joseph. Merit used Joseph not only as a publicity stunt, but as a tool in order to shape him into the proper continuation for his legacy. With the rise of superhumans, Merit was threatened by their power. Realizing that any day, one of these "heroes" could come in and wipe him off the face of the planet with ease just as his father died. He refused to end up like his father. Almost completely ignoring his son, sending him off to the best schools possible, he began his research into how he could match up with superhumans. He eventually came up with a plan to harness Neo Energy, the most efficient and clean energy in the world, in order to power a suit that gave him incredible abilities. In doing so he had it set up that the company itself was researching the energy, so as to have as many of the best minds on the project. Eventually when a prototype of the Neo Generator was finished, Merit had his men steal the designs for the generator and destroy anything related to them, making it look like an accident. He couldn't risk anyone else figuring out how to develop this kind of technology, he had to stay on top of everyone. Eventually he took the designs of the generator and minimized them, implmeneting his own take on it into the suit, developing a weapon of pure power and destruction. Now he sits at the top of his headquarters, not even close to content with how things are, scheming as to how he will take back his legacy, not wanting to simply lay his mark on the world, but to control the world, control his death, control his legacy. All part of his master plan.

Personality: He's a cunning and stubborn genius. Can easily act the part of generous CEO, but in the back of his mind he's always planning something, and is usually 5 steps ahead.

Abilities: Acceleration by increasing the magnitude and the direction of force vectors - As of right now he can only increase his own speed up to that of a speeding regular car (Up to 150 MPH) although this causes massive strain in his legs as well as issues with metabolism. Attack Reversal by reflecting the vectors of any attack or opposing force. Deflection by inverting/reversing the direction of momentum vectors and Inertia Negation by nullifying all vectors that are related to inertia - As of right now, he can only deflect things up to the strength of an average car, as well as nullify the inertia of things up to the weight and momentum of a regular car (Although in terms of himself, he can negate all Inertia.)

Backstory: Regulus Cole - Born "Ray Cole" was the genetic DNA creation of Super Villains Luna and Joseph Cole. Ray was created to be their weapon with his purpose being to conquer the very fabric of our reality, so they could revive their daughter Hannah who was killed in an onslaught by a vigilante through any means necessary. Ray developed his powers to manipulate vectors slowly, to the dismay of his "parents". Due to increasing frustration of Ray's lack of power development, the two would regularly discipline him through physical abuse and eventually resorted to denouncing the "parent" way of trying to achieve their goals and focused more on the "any means necessary". At the age of 8, they locked Ray into a small box, with no way in and no way out. On the wall were carved titles - titles of abilities that Ray had to achieve in order to be let free. There was one camera, installed on the roof, with wires connecting into the floors and walls. They would highlight an ability, and force Ray to try and access that ability. If he succeeded, even slightly, he would be rewarded with food and water. If he failed, he would be shocked by electricity plates. Eventually the location of the two were found by the police being supported by the Super Hero community. The Villains tried to fight off their attackers although were vastly outnumbered and ended up taking a great beating. Although going through all this physical and mental abuse, these two were the only things Ray knew and after hearing their cries, he exploded into a violent rage and forcefully activated the electric plates but instead of shocking him, he reversed the electricity towards the room, which blasted open a hole he could enter through. After rushing towards the policemen in an uncontrollable state, he accelerated his speed, grabbed one of their weapons and began to spin continuously towards them all - like a spinney beyblade of death. He stopped suddenly over no choice of his own and collapsed to the floor in dizziness. As he looked up, a man was entering the bunker and told him he would be okay, as he injected something into his neck, sedating Ray.

Ray awoke in a small glass room with one locked door he couldn't open. He sat down as someone entered - the man he witnessed earlier. The man introduced himself as Deacon. Deacon told Ray about the situation with his Villains and how they killed their own daughter and were just looking for an excuse to attempt resurrecting the dead. Ray didn't know what was happening and began to cry, as Deacon put his hand on his shoulder and consoled him. He explained that usually Ray would be placed in the hands of Child Protective Services and likely live in a care home, although due to the unusual circumstances from his "birth" and his potentially limitless ability - one that let him kill 12 police officers in under a minute, he was deemed a future high risk threat, so Deacon decided to take him in personally and train him to become a Super Hero, someone that can use his powers to help society. Through years of training and positive reinforcement, Ray had accessed a few of his abilities and was furthering his strength in using them. At the age of 16, Deacon was put on a dangerous mission, one that would likely end in his death. An investigation of sorts, the likes of which he couldn't discuss. Although Ray was upset, he believed in his mentor and understood what he had to do. Deacon placed Ray in the care of a secret Super Hero school to help further his abilities in Deacon's absence and had his named changed to "Regulus" in order to avoid detection of the scientists if they were to somehow ever escape.

Personality: Regulus is usually walking with the grey path of a Super Hero. He is not a bad person, but he can appear cold and apathetic. Deacon describes him as a boy who doesn't like standing out, not that he's timid or shy but because he isn't like everybody else - born normal. Due to that certain incident, he generally tries to avoid contact with others and only seems to trust Deacon. Regulus is calm and collected most of the time. He is intelligent and clever, but also calculating, standoffish, reserved, and somewhat anti-social. He prefers to distance himself from others and doesn't usually interact with people, not even remembering the names of any he's come across in his life except Deacon and those who created him. Despite his introverted and cold nature, Regulus is noble, caring, and golden-hearted deep down. He is on good terms with Deacon and shows sympathy or care to others' situations but refuses to let others get close to him.

Backstory: So...who exactly is the man called bullet...Well there's not a lot to say really not a lot to say really had a fairly average childhood loving family lots of friends that kind of thing but then everything changed the day the heroes showed up...and the Scum that followed...But hey why should I care? It's not like it affected me well until it did...Against those with powers such as there's every day is a fight out here...So I learned to look after number one above all else...Some call me a killer some believe in the "True Justice" I dispense but if I'm being honest with you I really couldn't give a crap. I just do what I can do to earn my self a nice living around here I don't have abilities like them but what I do have is my brain. To survive in this world you have to be strong or smart, lucky for me I have the firepower to hold my own. As for what Specifics I do basically anything you can think of my client's list from people wanting revenge to criminal organisations hell I've even had a few heroes request my services I don't care who or what you are if you got the money and need something done in the man for the job.

Personality: Cold, calculating and serious Bullet doesn't really show any emotion his years of killing have slowly whittled him down. However, his tone seeming shifts when he's talking business especially with his V.I.P clients.

Abilities: Ability to induce any vice unto a person, either for purposes of driving them to insanity, killing them, psychological help, or rehabilitating them; intensity and degree of control is based on the caster's wishes.
Ability to induce sins in any person individually or a crowd for eternity, Ability to purify sins and vices from people to make them pure, ability to summon forces of Angels and Demons, Ability to use Demon and angel magic, the ability to summon a domain of the gods and devils.

Potential Abilities: Eternal Damnation, Eternal Salvation, Godhood, Devilhood

Backstory: Salazar was a poor child who grew up in the slums, with no father or mother, he was abandoned in a trash dump for the majority of his childhood, his only companions the felines who occasionally brought him food; he was taken in by a brothel at a young age and experienced many sins within, as he would occasionally be used as a catamite by some of the more eccentric guests; he was beaten by the owner whenever he would shout out his complaints. Over time, Salazar had become the resident cook of the brothel, and many of the patrons and entertainers gorged themselves on his food until they had become fat and greasy to the touch; Salazar grew to adulthood not knowing the kindness of another person, even when the first heroes came, he was only focused on how to increase his material possessions and he despised the heroes for not saving him from his tribulations. Eventually Salazar was dumped onto the streets again as the shop closed down, and he was forced to wander the streets for years, using his skills in the entertainment business to get any scraps of food he could, eventually he stopped working when he made it good with a local millionaire; for five full years until adulthood he believed himself to be king of the world, and did not do anything for that time, thinking his life was set.

Ten years had passed, and Salazar's companion had lost his riches to the bank, during this time Salazar had his taste with many women and had even fallen for one; he was tossed back onto the street in his later years when he was thirty, and his woman and companion had left him; the hero industry was bustling, but Salazar had only one thing on his mind, ambition. His sins had overtaken him and he was slowly growing insane and diabolical. His sheer willpower had stopped his body from aging past the age of 50, and his powers were growing out of control, as those around him found themselves helplessly on their knees in front of him, rolling in the dirt to appease him; he felt like a god. His ambitions got the better of him when he caused the death of a family of seven with his powers, and he knew he was to blame, but his bloodthirst only grew. He developed a company in the city of New York and ruled there for twenty years before he was finally caught in his devious acts and he was put into a prison by the council and Prime.

Serving a total of 40 years in prison, he had time to rethink his values and ideals, and with the kindness being shown to him by the heroes, he finally understood that he himself had the capacity for good as he had a capacity for evil. After repenting, he was offered a spot on the council as the main rehabilitation officer for villains; Salazar accepted the position and used his powers to reform a total of 49 villains into upstanding members of society, and even into heroes. He was commended and that is where he is to this day, with a disciple to follow his teachings.

After Salazar died, he was returned to life by the guardians of universe 1 and given the body of a dead Master Prime. In exchange for life, Salazar was forced to fight Master Primes across the universe and perfect his techniques for a total of a hundred years in the other universes and in the space between them; after serving his sentence, Salazar had perfected his techniques of sin and purity which enabled him to become a pseudo-god with his near indestructible body; eventually he subjugated demons and angels and formed a domain with his own personal army formed from the hearts of heaven and hell, pieces of land that continuously spawn demon and angel soldiers.

Eventually Salazar returned during the five year timeskip and stayed in seclusion as he experimented on the Master Primes he captured beforehand.

Backstory: Shiro was born under the Rye Clan with her great great great grandfather being Salazar, she was born into riches and was very pampered, despite not knowing who her grandfather was, she followed in his footsteps unknowingly by being very ambitious at a young age. At the age of 13 shiro had been walking one day down the street on a dark night, and was ambushed and mugged by a t1 villain, leaving her fraught with fear for many years afterwards. When Shiro was 15, she had lost her family's fortune to her relatives and the bank, realizing her greatest fears. Through these fears she was visited by a herald of fear, and was converted to the dark side for a period of time, before being picked up by Prime on a routine cleanup mission and brought to the moon prison. Salazar, sensing his blood within Shiro, cleansed her of her impurities and taught her how to live with her fear and how to use it, thus enabling her to focus on her powers and to learn from him. Salazar accepted her as his disciple and in the two years she was under his rule, she had gained an understanding of her powers a little bit more. She had helped him convert a total of two villains, and had begun to bloom as an inquisitor for the council, but she longs to see the world below the moon.

After discovering Salazar was her grandfather and that he was destroyed by the hero council, Shiro swore off the hero association and anyone with them and went on to take the Rich Company to new heights; eventually she discovered the trio of the Greek Gods, and the Duo of Magic Masters; with them, Shiro waged a war on the cosmic forces above them in the background, eventually vanquishing the god slayers in this universe.

Backstory: In his original timeline, Hazama originally meant to be nothing more than a vessel created by his father for the sole purpose of being possessed by Ouroboros an ancient Snake deity, however, the plan backfired as the snake refused to answer to his father and quickly struck him down. Hazama'sconsciousness is completely taken over by Ouroboros in this timeline, who uses their life force to channel his powers through their body. Ouroboros then tried to fill the Hazama with his memories; however, the Hazama's body was not strong enough to retain the memories, weakening Ouroboros's power. Hazama developed amnesia as a result but was able to use the magical ability he inherited to restore his memories, however upset at what he saw he decided to use the last of his powers to transfer himself away in an attempt to find someone who can help him tame the evil inside of him.

Personality: Hazama maintains a calm and quiet demeanour around most people unless he is on a mission with them. He claims to hate fighting and prefers to avoid conflict. This, however, is simply a guise to his true nature. When people see through it, he will refuse to tell them anything unless he feels they have earned his trust telling them that he has destroyed other people's lives and twisting their beliefs for his own gain and has no qualms with killing those who get in his way and doesn't seem to show any kind of remorse for his actions because of the evil within him.

Backstory: Jessica was born into a regular normal family in a boring place somewhere in Alaska. Due to living in Alaska, Jessica didn't have many friends and thus like many children invented an imaginary friend of her own. Although, unlike most kids, her parents could actually see her imaginary friend, prompting them to believe that she was real. Her friend stayed with her for many years, up until at one point, her parents continued to argue as they had all of that year. Eventually Jessica sent her friend to find out what was wrong, and upon entering herself into the situation, the father tried to smack her imaginary friend for being nosy and not a member of the family, although his swipe went clean through her, causing her to disappear. The parents were absolutely shocked at the situation, while Jessica broke down, believing her friend to be dead. In a tantrum she ran down to her parents and wished pain upon them. As she wishes this, her parents went into a frenzy, dropping to their knees and screaming as Jessica herself looked confused as to what was happening. Due to the insane amount of constant pain, her parents took her own life in front of her. Jessica walked through the rest of the town filled with adults and did the same thing she had to her parents, realizing her abilities. She began to laugh as she believed everyone, like her "created" friend, were just dolls that she could play with in whatever way she wanted. She continued to walk through Alaska at the age of 7, slaughtering towns in new ways she could come up with for fun. At the age of 8, she made an illusionary birthday party for herself with all the people she had tortured. She then took residence in a warm cave, which she illusioned into a nice home.

Personality: Due to the potential of her ability, Jessica has been surrounded by illusions her entire life, having very little grasp on actual reality. As such, she only has faith in herself and trusts no one, killing everyone she sees as she believes them to be little more than illusionary dolls that are there for her to play with. When fighting she tries to invoke illusionary pain and emotional reactions within her targets through creating illusions of loved ones and then harms those illusions through sadistic tendencies.

He can send off his blood in different forms of projectiles and could arguably form any weapon he wants out of his own blood, his most common weapon of choice are large stalagmites of blood. His weapon is, of course, his own blood, but the actual weaponized form of it is referred to as Rein Blood However, a very notable downside to the excessive use of such powers slowly drains him of his own vitality, which he can regain by draining his opponent's own via physical contact of any wound.

Backstory: Subject Bloody Chaos Was created In a lab by Dr Drac.u.la His daughter had been complaining about constant nightmares haunting her saying "Don't let the reaper get to me" and "The harvest will soon begin. These nightmares persisted for several years when one day after cooking her dinner his daughter had killed herself leaving him a note saying the reaper has is baying for her blood and she can't take the torment anymore. Upset and curious the doctor took a bunch of his daughters drawings and attempted to create a version of the nightmare to see what she saw however instead he ended up summoning the actual blood reaper to the world and he was found dismembered and maimed inside a truck with a bloody crystal. Now the time of harvest approaches as the gates of hell start to open With Blood reaper standing at the charge standing side by side with the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse ready to unleash the fury of hell itself upon the world.

Personality: Bloody Chaos's most prominent trait is his thirst for violence. Cruel, sadistic, foul-mouthed, short-tempered, and prone to maniacal laughter, He is very proud of his ability and doesn't hesitate to use it to inflict as much pain as possible to anyone who pisses him off. Backstory: Mark was born in the Tundra in the north, in the wilds of Canada, near the Hudson Bank; when he was born the sun shined extra hot that day and the natives all believed that he was destined for greatness. He was born a smart child, being able to walk and talk at the age of one, and building his very first simple machine at the age of 3, he made a pulley out of a stick and some string. Some time later, his village was hit with a snowstorm that lasted for a full year, killing off half of the population of his village, the snowstorm would not had stopped if Mark's parents had not noticed his pale face sweating profusely for a full week after a full year of the snowstorm lasting. After noticing that Mark seemed to be the cause, his parents had smacked him and the snowstorm had stopped almost immediately; Mark, rubbing his cheek looked at his parents appalled as they looked at him like they would a monster. One year later a giant sandstorm hit the village, and somehow there was very intense heat around the village, that was stifling, another half of the village was killed off and only Mark and his parents remained; they had planned to kill him in his sleep. As the father creeped up on him and swung an axe into the bed, he was greeted with a voice ringing out behind him "Papa..?", turning around, the father saw Mark standing behind him and as he looked towards the axe, he realized that he had murdered his own wife.

As the father chased after Mark, he discovered that he disappeared into smoke, with the words "Why Papa?", ringing out around him, as the father swung his axe around, he discovered Mark standing in front of him, he chased the boy, swinging his axe, the boy disappearing each time he reached him; Eventually Mark appeared in front of him and looked at him with a cocked head, "Why did you kill mama, papa?" the voice rang out around the father, as the father charged at Mark, he discovered that he was falling off a cliff; as he was falling, he looked back on his life and died as he hit the ground. Mark stood at the top of the cliff and looked down with cold eyes, "You were a fool, father.", the only words that rang out as the area around Mark melted down into a house.

In reality, Mark had driven his father into the outside with his illusions and made him fall into a snow bank, and freeze to death with his eyes open; as Mark looked towards the corpse of his mother he looked down at himself, "I need clothes", He said as he grabbed his fathers parka. Mark survived in the woods by himself for ten years, leading strangers and explorers to their death, taking their clothes and their meat for himself, keeping himself nourished and fed. As Mark discovered his food source was dwindling, he decided to make his way south, to the warmer lands below, eventually reaching the border to USA.

Personality: A genius that is anti-social, he is ingenious and can carry a conversation with anyone as he leads them to their death.

Backstory: Laura was born into a wealthy family of six, not including herself, two older brothers and two younger sisters.  Being the middle child of the bunch,  Laura didn't receive as much attention as the eldest and of course the youngest.  Even the second eldest and youngest got more from their parents than she did.  By the time they had her, her parents were over the "first child jitters" so it forced Laura into a position to rely on her own intellect to develop the lessons she needed to learn.  A lot of times they were learned the hard way.  For example, on her way walking to school, she pranked one of the children she considered a friend at the time by pulling their pants down.  The other kids join in her hysterical laughter, making the child so upset they slapped Laura in the face.  She never messed with that kid again, however her playful activities did not stop there.  Similar to the hard lesson learned from her first joke, Laura ended up changing her life entirely from another going terribly wrong.

Every year her high school rent out a camping sight to host a camping trip for Juniors and Seniors only.  The students were split off into groups to live in assigned cabins.  Each living quarters had a special animal representing the history behind the landmarks.  Hers so happened to be known as the spider cabin.  Skipping to the day they their group went on a day hike in the nearby forests, Laura followed closely behind at the back, scanning for any opportunity to play a trick on her cabin mate, Veronica, who was deathly afraid of spiders.  She had never showed any fears of the eight legged freaks and spent very little time around them.  Once a she spotted a white spider with a purple dot on its butt, Laura acted fast to put her plan into motion.  Little did she know, that spider bites any thing that comes in contact with it, so as soon as she held her hand out to allow it to come to her, the spider sunk its fangs into her index finger.  Laura collapsed on the spot, and the last thing she remembered was the arachnid scurrying away.

Personality: Laura is an optimistic type of person, always looking on the bright side.  Given her upbringing, she developed a mischievous sense of humor, messing around with those she encounter, which you could imagine leaves a lasting impression.  She tends to resort to pouting when she doesn't get what she wants, and acts even brattier towards those who try to tell her what to do.

Backstory: Kudo Ornstein was born in the same generation as Merit Lance, he was born well off and was a closed off child growing up, only getting close to people who would benefit him; in his life he learned many trades, and went off to war. In this war he was exposed to a substance called Cosmic Dust, which drove him to insanity and fractured his mind; he was captured by the enemy and was tortured for many years, presumed by his country to be dead. While in containment, the enemy exposed upon Kudo a new torture method, a crystallized but malleable form of Cosmic Dust, which went around Kudo's body, and seemed to consume him; after the yelling subsided, and the struggle ceased, his captives went to dispose of the body. As they approached, the silvery body lurched forward and three writhing tentacles pierced through their eyes, and hearts, sucking them dry of their lifeforce; the skinny Kudo seemed to grow three sizes as his voice echoed out, "We hunger.", the facial part of the form split open to reveal Kudo's face, twisted in a pained look, "What did you do to- We did not do anything, it was you who accepted us, now we feed and you will bring us our food", his voice snarled out in an unrecognizable tone, "I-I accept, just get me out of he- With pleasure.", as the latter words echoed out, Kudo broke off the metal door and ran out of the room. In just a couple of hours the base was empty of all life, and a silvery figure sat on top of a supply depot, "So I just need to bring you guys life to feed?", then as if in response to himself, his face twisted, "Yes, we hunger, and you are a suitable host; bring us to where the food is, and we will repay you with untold power", with those words his face straightened out as he went into thought, with that thought the silvery suit merged into his skin and returned it to normal.

As Kudo sped off into the night on his two legs, he began to ponder ways to escape the country, eventually hijacking a plane and crashing in the Alps after running out of gas; after spending half a decade marching through Europe and erasing villages from the map, he found a way to return to the states, eventually making it back and establishing a new nameless identity; he eventually made his way to New York city after terrorizing multiple cities on the East coast, he is now hiding out in the area. On the outside he is a normal man who is looking for a job, on the inside he is a symbiotic villain, he wishes to seek out his old acquaintance Merit Lance for a job.

Personality: When he is not in his villain form, he is a very mild mannered man who does not seem like he will hurt a fly; when in villain form, he is a ruthless individual who will go to any lengths to win; also his personality shifts from singular to plural.

Backstory: Leo lived a normal life up until he started school, from the start he was able to understand any of the subjects better than anyone else His fellow students would bully and pick on him for it until one day he stood up to his bully who threw a small gear from an electric pencil sharpener at him which in an attempt to block it Leo discovered his gear manipulation reflecting the gear. A few days after that event the student Jumped Leo throwing acid into his eyes during a science class blinding him and leaving them permanently damaged. When he arrived at the hospital he was told he would never see again unless he agreed to take part in an "Experimental" Project. He agreed and after many hours in surgery, his eye's were removed and replaced by a set of eyes that were intended for use in the Military, however, something went wrong during the testing

The eyes had their limits, however. Due to the huge amount of visual information that Leo's brain had to take in, it took a few Months to get used to using them after they are first implanted. Furthermore, Additional testing discovered that after periods of prolonged use causes the eyes' heat up to the point where they started to burn Leo. If the eyes are damaged enough, they will crack, making their powers unusable until they heal back again. After this testing, Leo was thrown out onto the street to survive for himself when he was attacked by a gang of thugs. Leo managed to fight them off using his abilities and his new eyes however he was injured during the fight at which point he was found by a recruiter for the hero academy however he is just now recovering from his injuries and has been given clearance to rejoin classes.

Personality: Aside from his eyes, Leo is a decidedly normal young man and can be somewhat of a coward, easily intimidated by the bizarre nature of the world around him. While he lacks the combat skills of other heroes he is quite clever and quick to adapt to situations. Leo never runs away even if he freezes up and cannot move, even if he is at a loss, and will endure until the moment he can regroup and come up with a plan however if the situation looks dire he has no problem retreating.

Backstory: Solomon Rose was a renowned scientist who was born in the year 2025, several years after the collapse of the hero society, 24 years before the complete collapse of the world itself. Doctor Rose at the young age of 24 simultaneously became a father along with making a world-renowned discovery that shook the weakened foundations of the fading world. His discovery of the lost artic city of Blackice shocked the world, as it was never considered that a civilization could survive in the ice wastes of Antarctica. Dr. Rose would visit home to see his son and wife infrequently, so his son, Valentine Rose, only had a slight connection with his father. When the apocalypse occurred, this connection was obliterated in its entirety, as Valentine’s father was on expedition when everything went down.
The entire world began to slowly freeze, with only pockets of the earth remaining somewhat warm (around the equator). Valentine and his mother tried to hold out, but his mother slowly froze to death, and Valentine found himself alone, at 15, trapped in his family’s storage container in the wastes of Brooklyn, New York. When Valentine ran out of food and electricity for his warmer, he prepared for death. Instead of feeling cold, he felt a presence, and after searching the back of the huge storage container, found a Scythe with the name Ruptor Glacies etched onto the blade. The coffin, which had be brought to Brooklyn on Doctor Rose’s last visit, called out to Valentine. When he grabbed the weapon, he no longer felt cold, only power raging through him. Thus, the future’s first hero arose, and subsequently lost, as for unknown reasons, Valentine was cast through time and space.

Backstory: These six were recruited from a young age and were taught to use their powers by the government, taught in a special school until the hanoi signal caused the government to scramble, thus the Excursion Project was released; these six lead the first team to capture any rogue powered, and answer directly to the government, they have special permissions where no one had any authority over them apart from their superiors; Huroi gained his powers from being experimented upon, and he gained the ability to reproduce inorganic items he had come into contact with; Cale was engineered in a lab from birth to be the perfect specimen of superhuman, but by age 1 he was deemed a failure when his powers were different than expected, he was donated to the government and adopted into their project; Eric was a byproduct of another government project called "N.R.G Gen 1", his weakened prowess with his new powers caused him to be neglected while the project descended into chaos from the successful subjects, therefore disbanded, he was taken in for project Excursion; Yura was a callsign given to a successful assassin of the N.R.G Gen 1 project, the previous Yura had died previous, and her callsign was transferred to this one before the shutdown of the project, now recruited for project excursion, this assassin travels with the group; Velion, a kid born with the powers to shake the earth and air around him, he was taken from his parents at a young age for experimentation before the shut down of the N.R.G project, he was one of the first successful subjects that went berserk but was later rehabilitated, he now leads the Excursion Team Alpha; Brandon was a top secret project within the N.R.G project, and was the actual reason it was all shut down, he was too powerful, they put limiters on his powers and put him to work in the excursion team, he can remove these limiters to raise his tier and powers, but the exertion rends him unable to move using his powers or his own actions; this group of misfits now lead the Excursion team against the powered renegades.

Backstory: Darius Gustav Juarez the fourth, was born fourth of his name, from a crime family of which the likes the world had not seen, for it was hidden, deep in the shadows; he first unlocked his ability when he was in his mother's stomach, developing; both of his parents were supers with the abilities of magic, and technology manipulation, and that transferred into the baby; both powers manifested as his respawn mechanic, while the others manifested from other things; unable to die or seemingly age, the kid watched as his parents grew old and died, eventually passing the company to their child; now he sits on his throne of bones, unable to grow old, or even die by normal means, on Isla De Nendo, his crime empire where every citizen is a mercenary who serves other countries in the name of The Don. He has a handful of lieutenants upon which he bestowed powers.

Personality: A kid with an attitude, a taste for business, ambition, and hunger; is also a socialite who does not hesitate to make friends, but do not mistake his kindness for weakness.

Abilities: The body is an Avatar of an Eldritch Elder God, it is weaker than the gods but rounds to somewhere to tier 3 in the multiverse; Julius has mastered Eldritch Magic, which can do a variety of things, although not to the point of warping reality; Julius has the ability to sense and manipulate certain Mythic Energies; he can summon lesser eldritch beings from beyond the multiverse, these become weaker than normal and are usually tier 3 and below, but can be tier 4 or higher if they take a suitable host; Julius can see through chaos and see all of life's intricacies; Julius can create weapons unique to Eldritch beings; when someone tries to study Julius, their thoughts become clouded with voices that drive them to madness as in their eyes Julius manifests into the things that would drive them to madness, preying on their inner fears, prolonged exposure will drive the person to madness if their will is not strong enough; Julius can summon an Avatar of Madness to assist him in fights or be by his side, this avatar seems like a human but something is strangely unnerving about it.

Backstory: Julius comes from beyond the Multiverse, he is an avatar of an Elder God, he embodies madness and comes to spread it amongst the humans; he will ally or make enemies of anyone, if it means it will spread his influence past the limits of his human form. Being an avatar of an Elder God, he is naturally a master at Magic, and can see through the eyes of his Elder God form, beings who gaze at him are all driven into madness, enabling them to bring sacrifices and hosts for the eldritch beings who wish to invade the multiverse.

Backstory: Azazel was the spawn of an angel and an archangel, It was however later discovered that his mother had a relationship with a demon before the time of his birth and he was actually the son of a demon. Rather than live a life of shame his mother sent her son down to earth before killing herself thus reuniting with his parents. Upon reaching earth Azazel tried acting friendly and interacting with people only for them to respond with screams of either shock or abuse. After a few months of living in the shadows just trying to survive, he was taken in and raised in secret by Prime who became a father figure to him, educating him on the world around him, teaching him to accept what he is and even trained him how to be a hero. During his training, he showed great potential and aptitude and his powers grew immensely. He eventually gained the attention of merit lance who began to take a personal interest in azazel's potential having watched him defeat multiple villains with ease simultaneously. He was selected to be the original test subject in the original version of the Persaun experiment. As time went on merit soon realised that azazel's demonic powers would prevent him from being controlled and could potentially make him a danger so he was quickly removed from the program in favour of having a team of heroes instead. After being thrown away Azazel's wings turned black and his demonic powers grew. This made azazel go into hiding cutting himself off from the world yet never forgetting the morals he was taught however he acts on his own refusing to allow himself to be betrayed again but after hearing about Persaun's public reveal he has decided to come out of isolation to investigate those who are taking his place taking on the new alas "Fallen Angel"

Personality: Azazel is more than a bit socially awkward however he is a kind and caring person though he will not always show it. He can also be a bit overconfident and takes great pride in his heritage and the powers he has. He is distrusting and shows resentment of and to those in power as a result of them abandoning him.

Powerset: Able to conduct a temporary Fusion by focusing on any number of targets - Which can include people, objects and emotions. The Fusion has a base time limit of 30 minutes. Out of all things fused, one target is chosen as the core - That core must be strong enough in order to hold together the fusion, otherwise it will crumble. Her unique physiology grants her the ability to shift her own existence from the world. Either physically, in which the user becomes invisible, undetectable and immune to conventional means of damage: A ghost of sorts. The second way is by mentally removing all memories and physical records of her from existence, essentially wiping out every piece of information about her from the world: With enough experience and training, she can be selective about who can see and remember her.

Her unique body also grants her many benefits such as lack of human organs and nerves, meaning she is immune to disease and cannot feel pain, as well as access to an unlimited supply of energy. Being a 2nd generation model, she is equipped with enhanced physical traits such as strength, speed and agility, giving her the advantage to fight if she must.

Backstory: Created from the same scientists are Revolver, dubbed a "2nd generation creation" by Revolver. She is not hindered by the same restrictions placed upon previous generations as she has never believed herself to be human.

Personality: Quiet yet sophisticated, Deka can easily understand complex concepts and scenarios. Although she prefers peace over violence, she understands that sometimes fighting is necessary to make change.

Abilities: Vesryn becomes more powerful corresponding to the level of his bond with another (This stacks with multiple bonds), with his strength, speed, agility, senses, durability, etc, etc improving and increasing. With his strength of heart, he's able to make friends of even the most frightening of enemies, with his pure, almost childlike outlook. His willpower allows him to overcome even the most crippling of hardships. He is able to shroud himself in a light aura which both reduces damage taken and increases the strength of his physical attacks, which stems from his pure heart. He has the ability to naturally unlock hidden powers within him, leading to newfound power as well as feats that would be considered impossible. His unknowingly legendary sword, dubbed "Dream Catcher" is able to connect with his abilities and increase in strength and durability, as well as be used to cast a variety of spells. With True Power and minor Light Manipulation, he can enhance his weapon to send out light attacks as well as transform the weapon into a variety of tools as needed; such as a whip, chains, etc.

Backstory: Vesryn grew up an orphan in New York City. Despite his living arrangements, Vesryn always shined bright and was a spotlight in his orphanage and had the chance to be adopted countless times, but always maneuvered in favour of another child instead. Like most children, Vesryn idolised heroes. He grew up watching heroes defeat bad guys and wanted to be big and strong just like Prime - his image of a True Hero. As Vesryn continued to grow, he trained to try and get strong just like Prime and managed to get strong enough to outmatch most people his age with ease, although he had no idea why. As he trained, he was able to do something he never thought possible: Use a Super Hero power. His hand was shrouded in light aura, like a lamp. He believed this to be due to his hero spirit and was determined to meet the expectation of a True Hero. When Vesryn first achieved his light ability, a small sword formed in his hand whenever he first trained with the ability. Over time, as he grew, the sword grew with him; almost like an extension of himself. With the strength of his heart and Sword in hand, Vesryn felt like he would be able to eventually become a True Hero and protect people like his idols. To this day, Vesryn trains every day to become the best hero he can be.

Personality: Vesryn is innocent, caring and well natured. He is a charismatic, joyful person who managed to make friends with anyone he meets. His willpower and unwillingness to give up, make him a center of gravity for many people.

Abilities: Dio is an apprentice of an ancient monk and someone who received their inheritance; The monk infused his martial arts knowledge into Dio through his soul, Dio learned how to infuse his own potential into the power, and can freely alternate between any martial art at any point he wants to, even in combat; because the monk infused his knowledge into Dio, he knowingly changed Dio's constitution to one that could use and sense formless energy, or QI, with this Dio can infuse his attacks with Qi to make them explosive, faster, slower, etc; he can also use Qi to influence the world around him, one meter is his current range and his manipulation is not strong outside of his body; the monk gave Dio a broken sword and armor set, and imparted unto Dio the way of the Artificer, enabling him to infuse artifacts with Qi and change their fundamental structure and purpose, also imparting him ways to forge new artifacts; after imparting his soul to Dio, the monk left behind many hidden memories in him that would unlock as Dio grew, in his cave however, Dio learned from thousands of manuscripts and eventually learned how to utilize daoist magics, though a beginner, Dio shows lots of potential.

Backstory: At the age of one, Dio was cast aside by his family and sent out into the wild; the plane crash was supposed to kill the toddler, but who knows what saved it. Dio was picked up from the wreckage by an old man in robes adorned with gold and silver designs; the old man took Dio into a cave and brought him food every day. Eventually years passed and the old man noticed Dio's aptitude for Qi, the old man hardened Dio's body by use of magic and natural progression and eventually Dio had achieved a peak human physique by the age of 10, and his Qi usage was not far off; at age 15, the old man was dying and called Dio to his side, he imparted many things unto Dio via soul transference, and Dio spent two years training his physique and skills to their limit, eventually repairing his masters artifacts; he set out on his journey to find his parents, he found a den full of corruption instead. His mother had been killed by his father's first wife and his brothers had squandered the family's resources to the winds, the house was in collapse. Dio swore to himself that he would not end up like that, and began to make his way to civilization; eventually, after scaring some bandits off by walking on water, he found a town that agreed to take him to civilization, where he met his first heroes and idols. Dio escaped their influence by staying in a small Swiss town, dressed as a hermit, wandering from shop to shop, winning martial arts tournaments wherever he went. Eventually his wanderlust got the better of him and he began to wander and save people from bandits.
